S2300 Loopback-detect

I am having problems with the function of loopback-detect.it does not work in this case:

If an interface has been added to LS-S2309TP-EI-AC   VLANs in untagged mode, the interface sends one copy of untagged detection packet regardless of how many VLANs the interface has been added to. The untagged detection packets will be discarded on the link, so loopback detection cannot be performed on the network. In this situation, loopback detection must be configured in these VLANs.
If an interface has been added to VLANs in tagged mode, loopback detection must be enabled in specified VLANs, and the interface sends the loopback detection packets of the VLAN that contains the interface and has loopback detection enabled.
After VLAN IDs are specified, the interface sends one copy of untagged loopback detection packets and multiple copies of tagged loopback detection packets with the specified VLAN tags.

Configuration Example of the Line Optimization

The networking mode of the line optimization is similar to the networking mode of the NMS. The MA5680T /MA5603 can communicate with the N2510 in the outband or inband mode. Configure the IP address of the maintenance network port.

After the N2510 delivers the operation to collect the parameters, the MA5600/MA5603 collects the parameters of the port to be optimized. According to the collected parameters, the N2510 provides the optimization profile. You can deliver the optimization profile to the MA5600/MA5603 automatically or manually. In this manner, the line optimization is implemented.

Configuring Monitoring Through the ESC

MA5680T GPON ONT VLAN transparent transmission problem

I would like to ask how the transmission function with MA5680T   ONT VLAN, i.e. ONT pass through all of the VLAN business?
There are many transparent keyword command, should be different meanings in different places?
For example, line template under gem mapping, the port VLAN business template has the transparent keyword.
Also in the template TLS specifically what is the meaning?
What is this? Like or not.

Configuring the P2P ISDN BRA Service
